NOTE: There may be already some notes mentioning this, but you can interchange 2B with 5B in a lot of the combos. Especially 2A starters since 2B is short, 2A 2B may not connect. So you can 2A 5B instead. May lead to some SMP stuff but its inevitable in some of these combos.
